Job summary

A federal contracting company is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee a defense logistics program. In this role, you will lead large teams across multiple sites to ensure mission-critical support for Navy systems. You should have significant experience in U.S. Navy projects and logistics operations, as well as strong leadership skills. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred. A Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in defense logistics and program management.
• 5+ years leading U.S. Navy engineering projects.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-site program.
• Manage lifecycle sustainment for Individual Protection Equipment.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and quality assurance functions.
