Job summary

Palladyne AI is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager in a fully remote role within the United States. Lead defense product marketing, partner programs, and cross-functional GTM initiatives. You will translate complex autonomy technologies into compelling market stories for defense customers and partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in defense marketing, strong messaging skills, and the ability to drive marketing programs from concept to execution, including trade shows and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional marketing experience in the defense industry.
• Experience marketing to the U.S. defense market and understanding acquisition environments.
• Ability to translate complex technology into customer-focused messaging.
• Proven ability to create sales enablement and marketing content across channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for defense products.
• Create partner marketing plans and coordinate joint go-to-market efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, and BD to execute GTM initiatives.
• Produce battle cards, one-pagers, briefs, and sales collateral for field teams.
