Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Experience with technical procurement.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Eligible for an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement process cradle‑to‑grave for multiple product lines or commodity types.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Maintain procurement master data across multiple Bill of Materials to ensure accurate information is flowed to Planning and Production.
• Support Sourcing Engineering & Manufacturing teams to determine best sources.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects; including strategic procurement and commercial term negotiation.
• Onboard new suppliers in accordance with Anduril Quality Manual and maintain the Approved Supplier List.
• Evaluate suppliers using procurement KPIs and analyze performance trends as part of the Supply Chain performance reviews.
• Conduct research, benchmark, and collect market data to ensure a best‑in‑class supply base.
• Place purchase orders and resolve downstream issues with receiving, finance, and accounting
