Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in complex manufacturing and advanced technology construction. The role focuses on regulated defense manufacturing facilities and requires experience with design-build projects.

You will lead a project team, manage budgets and schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project, develop client relationships, and ensure financial controls while delivering projects from preconstruction through completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management as a general contractor.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large complex projects, especially in Defense and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with the ability to develop, analyze, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team and drive development of project team members.
• Develop critical relationships with internal and external clients.
• Oversee construction management tasks, including project execution, financial management, and Shawmut profit goals.
• Proven experience in complex manufacturing and/or defense-related construction projects.
• Direct experience with highly regulated programs strongly .
• Demonstrated success delivering design-build projects ranging from approximately 50,000 to 500,000 square feet.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain ongoing client, architect, subcontractor, and industry relationships at appropriate levels.
