Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Litigation Defense Attorney in New York, NY to represent businesses, insurers, and individuals across defense and insurance coverage matters. The position offers remote work flexibility and the opportunity to work with a team of accomplished litigators.

The role requires 5+ years of civil litigation experience, NY Bar admission, and strong case management, discovery, and motion practice skills. Trial experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Extensive experience with case management, discovery, and motion practice.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of defense from case inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings and motions.
• Take and defend depositions, represent clients in court, and assist with trial preparation.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
