The ideal candidate is California-licensed, capable of managing cases with increasing independence, and committed to professional growth and client service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active admission to the State Bar of California.
• 3-5 years of legal experience in litigation, bad faith, fraud, or related areas.
• Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and court hearings.
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to written discovery and related pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with partners and staff to develop case strategy and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized case files in a fast-paced environment.
