Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and CA State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of two years in civil or general litigation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Experience in research, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Strong time management and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Draft extensive written discovery, including interrogatories and document requests.
• Attend hearings, draft motions, and manage depositions.
• Analyze and execute litigation strategies.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting.
