Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing medical records and creating medical chronologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through mediation/arbitration/trial/settlement.
• Prepare subpoenas and discovery documents; manage privilege logs.
• Draft responses to discovery; prepare medical chronologies.
• Review medical records and prepare chronologies; assist depositions.
• Prepare trial materials: subpoenas, notebooks, exhibits, witness lists; assist with witness management.
• Capture billable time per firm policies; ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial as needed.
• Conduct legal research and engage with subject matter experts.
