Responsibilities

• Review and manage case files from inception through mediation/arbitration/trial/settlement.
• Prepare subpoenas for depositions and document productions.
• Prepare initial discovery including interrogatories and requests for production/admissions.
• Draft responses to discovery and prepare privilege logs.
• Prepare attorneys for depositions and trial.
