Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) FE/IT Services Division seeks a Senior IT Project Manager (GG-14) to direct administrative program activities, oversee Life Cycle Replacement projects, and guide teams of project managers in delivering on mission-critical IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of IT project management/planning experience at the GG-14 level.
• Experience in budget analysis, contract development/management or IT life cycle management.
• Clear demonstration of qualifications within the resume as required by the announcement.
• No substitution of education for qualifying experience at GG-14 level.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative program direction in project management, project execution, and personnel administration.
• Plans, schedules, and conducts projects and studies to improve Life Cycle Replacement and Modernization Projects.
• Provides technical guidance and expertise, validating changes to schedules and timelines; manages the team of Project Managers.
• Manages timeliness of project deliverables with effective planning and resource management.
• Analyzes competing requirements and funding variations to realign schedules and reallocate resources.
