The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia invites applications for a position within the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS).

This role is in the Excepted Service and requires adherence to governing DoD instructions and Title 10 U.S.C. Specialized experience includes managing force structure changes, briefing senior leaders on force design updates, and coordinating manpower documents to ensure compliance with HQDA timelines.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible intelligence-related experience including research, analysis, collections and/or operations.
• Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycles and organizations; ability to use tools and sources to analyze and disseminate data.

Responsabilités

• Manage, develop, and implement force structure changes (e.g., TDA, MTOE, JTA).
• Lead coordination efforts and serve as a technical advisor to senior military and civilian leadership to brief force design updates (FDUs).
• Reconcile critical resource shortages and ensure compliance with force management policies and HQDA timelines.
