Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Cyberspace Exercise Planner, Senior, to apply broad understanding of organizing groups to address complex challenges and to facilitate problem-solving and execution of exercise plans using JPP and JELC. You will monitor training guidance and ensure compliance across planning efforts.

The role requires 5+ years in JPP/JOPES/APEX planning formats, leadership in exercise design, and a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree and polygraph willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats.
• 5+ years guiding as a Joint Operations Planner.
• Experience leading or contributing to the design, planning, organization, and execution of Combatant Command or Service-Component level Command Post Exercises, Staff Exercises, or Field Training Exercises.
• Knowledge of the Joint Training Program ( JTP ) and JELC doctrine and processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Develop exercise plans and directives through JPP/JELC and coordinate joint operational planning for training/exercises.
• Provide input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, and assist in coordination of joint operational planning.
• Contribute to data analysis to improve exercise materials and mission performance.
