Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher
• Over 10 years of experience in product development and 5+ years with Ravelin Defense products
• Strong work ethic and detail orientation
• Proficient with SolidWorks and project management
• Experience with DoD product development for ground, marine, and aircraft platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 3+ years with composite systems, electronics integration, signature management, and seating systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new technologies and products using SolidWorks (30%).
• Draft and review technical documents (design reviews, trade studies, test plans/reports) (30%).
• Oversee maintenance of legacy production products and SOPs (20%).
• Assist with bid and proposal efforts (20%).
