Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives for Navy readiness modernization.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive solutions for supply chain and operations.
• Oversee ML models, simulations, forecasting, and optimization algorithms.
• Guide decision-making environments for senior leaders.
• Establish analytical methodologies, validation, and governance.
• Translate requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations.
• Mentor data scientists and analysts across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders on readiness and logistics.
• Support enterprise reporting and executive decision-making.
