Guidehouse is seeking a data science professional to design and implement advanced analytics models, predictive forecasting, and AI/ML capabilities for Navy Reserve readiness and mission objectives.

The role leads analytics product development, dashboards, and visualization tools for executives and stakeholders, applying statistical methods and machine learning to improve decision-making and resource allocation. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience developing data analytics solutions and analytical products.
• Experience communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models, predictive forecasting solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Lead development of data analytics products, dashboards, and visualization tools for executives and stakeholders.
• Apply statistical analysis, ML, data mining, and predictive modeling to identify trends and optimize decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and government stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate analytics technologies and AI/ML approaches to enhance enterprise data solutions.
