Qualifications

• 10+ years PM experience in engineered-to-order deepwater projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or AACE certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PMO and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle across Tender to Commissioning.
• Monitor portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Represent projects with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversight of cost control and financial performance.
• Mentor PMO team and promote best practices.
