Job description

About ReportingMD

ReportingMD has spent 23 years helping physician practices, ACOs, and health systems turn clinical data into measurable performance gains. Our Data as a Service (DaaS) platform combines 60+ EHR integrations, enterprise patient matching, and ONC-certified infrastructure with the TOM platform, giving our clients a single source of truth for population health, quality reporting, and value-based care performance.

Last year, our clients received millions of dollars in upward Medicare payment adjustments. We are privately held, profitable, and growing, serving clients ranging from independent practices to enterprise health systems like Tufts Medicine.

The Role

The Senior Dedicated Advisor is ReportingMD's senior client-facing expert on MIPS, MSSP, ACO, and value-based care reporting. You will own the most strategically important client relationships across the book, including enterprise health systems, and serve as our recognized subject-matter authority on CMS quality programs and VBC performance.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage staff, but you will be the senior voice in the room on MIPS and VBC questions, mentor the existing Advisor team, and serve as the senior escalation point on complex measure and program questions across the book.

What You Will Do
  • Own ReportingMD's largest and most strategic client relationships, including enterprise health system clients.
  • Guide clients through MIPS, MSSP, and ACO submission cycles, including measure selection, performance review, and submission readiness.
  • Advise clients on value-based care contract performance, shared savings programs, and quality bonus structures.
  • Translate annual CMS rule changes into practical implications and recommended actions.
  • Run executive-level business reviews with client analytics, quality, and clinical leadership.
  • Serve as the senior internal reference for MIPS and VBC questions across the Advisor team.
  • Partner with our analytics, data engineering, and product teams to translate client needs into platform and service improvements.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of direct experience with MIPS, MSSP, ACO, or eCQM reporting, including hands‑on work with measure selection, performance review, and submission cycles.
  • Working knowledge of value‑based care program structures, including shared savings models, quality bonus calculations, and risk‑bearing arrangements.
  • Proven ability to lead client conversations across the full range from independent practices to enterprise health systems.
  • Track record of personally owning client relationships in a healthcare technology, analytics, consulting, or services setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence appropriate for health system stakeholders.
  • Comfort with Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
  • Experience inside a health system, large physician group, ACO, or QPP-focused consulting firm.
  • Direct exposure to enterprise health system clients in a client-facing capacity.
  • Familiarity with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen) at a clinical or data level.
  • Comfort opening data files, reading CSVs, and asking precise questions about data quality.
  • Familiarity with population health and quality reporting platforms (Arcadia, Lightbeam, Innovaccer, Health Catalyst, etc.).
Why ReportingMD
  • Real ownership. You will own enterprise client relationships from day one and have the autonomy to do the work the right way.
  • Founder-led, profitable, and stable. 23 years in business, no VC pressure, no quarterly board theater.
  • Senior seat with senior access. You will report to the CEO and have direct line of sight into product, analytics, and engineering.
  • Meaningful impact. Our clients receive millions of dollars in upward Medicare payment adjustments every year. The work matters.
  • Hybrid and flexible. NH-based with hybrid expectations for local candidates. US-based remote candidates with the right background will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000 to $108,000, plus performance bonus. Range reflects experience and background. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.
