Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related field.
• 7 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization, including experience in leading projects of varying size and complexity.
• Master's degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation and provide analytic support to internal customers and external partners.
• Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects.
• Determine how decision support systems will provide information for effective business decisions; translate requirements into applications with DSS and reporting tools.
• Lead in defining issues and approaches; develop new analysis methods and adapt existing solutions.
• Model data sources and flows; define policies and security frameworks to ensure secure delivery of knowledge.
• Assist and lead interpretation of data, prepare written reports or oral presentations of findings.
