Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, decision science or similar roles.
• BA/BS in business or quantitative discipline; Masters preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling with executive presence.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern BI tools; familiarity with AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and decision frameworks.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Guide stakeholders through trade-offs, risks, and implications of data-driven recommendations.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions at multiple levels.
• Analyze data to deliver actionable insights; design, build, and scale dashboards and reports; automate data workflows.
