Fractal is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies, offering end-to-end Generative AI solutions for BFSI use cases. The role leads cross-functional teams and translates business needs into AI roadmaps, with a focus on scalable deployments on AWS.

The position requires 6–10 years in AI/ML or AI product management, strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI, and hands-on Python experience. Remote in EST hours with strong governance and compliance expectations.

Formación

• BA/BS or higher in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Product Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, Agentforce, and NotebookLM.
• Hands-on understanding of Python, ML frameworks, and AWS services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with BFSI domains such as risk, lending, fraud, compliance, or customer analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Define success metrics and oversee model performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI, agentic AI, and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Product Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, Agentforce, and NotebookLM.
• Hands-on understanding of Python, ML frameworks, and AWS services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with BFSI domains such as risk, lending, fraud, compliance, or customer analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI deployments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and BFSI regulatory requirements.
• AWS and/or AI-related certifications preferred.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
