Job summary

Fractal is seeking a senior AI/GenAI product leader to own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions for BFSI use cases. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI product roadmaps and technical needs.

Drive solution deployment on AWS, ensure governance and compliance, and define success metrics while overseeing model performance and business outcomes. Remote in the US with EST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/DS/engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years in AI/ML, data science, or AI product management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams as PO/PM.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents.
• Hands-on Python, ML frameworks, and AWS (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production and BFSI domain familiarity.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) for BFSI use cases.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into AI product roadmaps, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Drive solution deployment on AWS and ensure alignment with scalability, governance, and compliance standards.
• Define success metrics and oversee model performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI, agentic AI, and AI platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Product Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, Agentforce, and NotebookLM.
• Hands-on understanding of Python, ML frameworks, and AWS services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with BFSI domains such as risk, lending, fraud, compliance, or customer analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI deployments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and BFSI regulatory requirements.
• AWS and/or AI-related certifications preferred

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
