Qualifications

• 5+ years (post undergraduate) of software engineering or quantitative research for large-scale production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and improve reinforcement learning policy for Next Best Action platform.
• Design and evaluate decision-making algorithms; instrument training pipelines.
• Collaborate with data and platform engineers; ensure compliance with clinical eligibility rules.
• Involve in all stages of software development including front-end, back-end, DB integrations, hosting management.
• Influence department strategy and make decisions on complex technical approaches.
