Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
• 7 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
• Experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent in business or clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation with analytic support
• Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects
• Define how decision support systems provide information for business decisions and lead implementation
• Define issues and approaches for studies; create new methods of analysis and database design
• Model data sources and flows; define policies and security frameworks for knowledge delivery
• Interpret raw data and present findings to internal and external audiences
• Develop and maintain complex programs using SAS, SQL and other DB technologies
• Other duties as assigned
