Job summary

Volt in Memphis, TN is hiring a Debug Technician to perform advanced board-level troubleshooting on server and data center hardware, including CPU, GPU, memory and power subsystems.

You will work with high-end test equipment, document repair procedures, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with engineering to improve repair processes. Travel for training up to 3 months; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; pay starts at $28/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair experience or relevant education.
• Strong understanding of server power architecture and high-speed signal integrity.
• Experience with DDR memory debugging and PCIe interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex server hardware.
• Utilize high bandwidth test equipment to diagnose digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop and maintain detailed debug guides and repair documentation.
