Qualifications

• At least four years of debt finance experience.
• Sponsored finance, syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged finance, or direct lending/private credit experience is preferred.
• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required and bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commitment Letters and term sheets and primary loan and security documents.
• Prepare and review issues lists and summary grids.
• Conduct legal research as needed.
• Manage deal teams and processes from start to finish.
• Perform due diligence and client communications.
• Provide direct support to senior lawyers on daily matters.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
