Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commitment letters, term sheets, loans and security documents.
• Prepare and review issues lists and summary grids.
• Conduct legal research and manage deal teams through closing and post-closing matters.
• Mentor and train junior team members and participate in client development.
