You will drive planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to maximize value and uphold PwC standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Active CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant or MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions.
• Lead teams in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop strategic advice and business diligence services to maximize client value in deals.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
