Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Deals - FS Financial Due Diligence Manager to provide strategic advice and lead client engagements in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze quality of earnings, cash flows, and other deal issues while mentoring junior staff and guiding project teams to success.

You will own projects, supervise budgeting and execution, and leverage financial modeling to support client decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
CPA/CFA/Chartered Accountant or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues.
Lead financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Develop strategic advice and business diligence services for clients.
