Responsibilities

• Review newly received contracts for compliance with TILA, SOX, and internal policies.
• Enter contract details into the carLOS system with accurate itemization.
• Perform quality control to resolve booking discrepancies and ensure accurate approvals.
• Assist in monthly/daily goal meetings and support the team as needed.
• Coordinate with credit analysts and dealership staff to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
