Relativity is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, Revenue Operations to enable scalable, compliant deal execution across complex opportunities. You will partner with the global Sales team to structure, evaluate, and close standard and non-standard deals, ensuring pricing, licensing, contracts, and approvals align with revenue objectives and internal governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Deal Desk or Sales Ops.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and drive projects to completion.

Responsabilités

• Lead review and execution of standard or complex deals, ensuring pricing, licensing, terms, approvals, and structure align with policies.
• Serve as senior Deal Desk resource for pricing, licensing, contracting, quoting, approvals, and lead-to-contract processes.
• Partner with Sales and downstream teams to move deals through intake, review, approvals, and handoffs.
• Recommend deal paths and exception decisions balancing customer experience and revenue goals.
• Evaluate deal risk and business impact including pricing, billing, and compliance.
• Manage Deal Desk work to meet quality, turnaround time, and SLA goals.
• Use data and insights to identify process gaps and system limitations and propose improvements.
• Support new or improved deal workflows through discovery, testing, and change management.
• Maintain Deal Desk documentation, SOPs, and pricing/licensing references.
