Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, Revenue Operations in a hybrid role to enable scalable, compliant deal execution across complex opportunities. You will partner with a global Sales team to structure, evaluate, and finalize standard and non-standard deals, ensuring pricing, licensing, contract terms, and approvals meet customer needs and governance.

The role requires strong commercial judgment and analytical rigor with end-to-end deal quality ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in Deal Desk or Sales Ops.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to independently multi-task and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and execution of standard, strategic and non-standard deals.
• Provide guidance on pricing, licensing, contracting, quoting, approvals and lead-to-contract processes.
• Partner with Sales and downstream teams to move deals through quote creation, intake, review, approvals and handoffs.
• Recommend deal paths and exceptions balancing customer experience, revenue goals, and policy compliance.
• Evaluate deal risk and business impact including pricing, billing and operational complexity.
• Manage Deal Desk workload to meet SLA and turnaround targets.
• Identify process gaps and system limitations; propose practical improvements.
• Support new deal workflows through discovery, requirements, testing and training.
• Maintain Deal Desk SOPs and enablement materials.
• Mentor peers and help standardize Deal Desk processes.
