Job summary

Liftoff, a leading AI-powered mobile app marketing platform, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for its Deal Desk team. You will manage incentive programs, build financial models, and collaborate with sales, accounting, and analytics to optimize revenue and margins.

You will own complex revenue analyses, create customer-facing incentives, and support forecasting across current and hypothetical scenarios. Remote-first work with PST alignment is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; 5+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with strong modeling and analysis.
• Experience analyzing complex deals, revenue, and incentives.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across teams.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex financial files tracking customer incentive programs and revenue adjustments.
• Design deal desk incentives to drive incremental revenue considering customer circumstances.
• Analyze deal desk efficacy and post-mortem revenue impact to inform strategy.
• Perform strategic financial modeling to support senior leadership decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to fulfill data requests and clarify business drivers.
• Track revenue adjustments and project adjusted revenue for live or upcoming deals.
• Support monthly/quarterly close with accounting for revenue and incentives.
• Maintain the primary KPI file for board and planning reviews.
