Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our global Deal Desk team. You’ll partner with Sales to support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from pricing strategy to contract execution, ensuring deals move efficiently and align with internal policies.

As a key member, you will manage quote generation, approvals, and OF creation in Salesforce, administer CPQ (Roadrunner) and CLM (Ironclad), and drive scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Deal Desk experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B.
• Administrative experience with CPQ and CLM tools is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide full quote-to-signature support for global Account Executives.
• Manage quote queue, approvals, and accurate opportunity closure in Salesforce.
• Drive deal momentum at month- and quarter-end and resolve blockers.
• Offer pricing insights and analytical support on complex deals.
• Administer CPQ (Roadrunner) and CLM (Ironclad) platforms.
• Maintain data integrity across CPQ, CLM, and CRM.
• Document Deal Desk processes and ensure cross-functional alignment.
