Infinity Healthcare Services, LLC in Princeton, New Jersey is seeking a DDD Program Operations & Compliance Specialist to help develop, organize, and support the daily operations of our New Jersey DDD program.

This role collaborates with the Administrator/Owner and Vice President, focuses on regulatory compliance, participant services, staff support, and establishing efficient workflows while traveling within the community as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities system.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience maintaining participant records and service documentation.
• Ability to travel within the community as needed and use MS Office proficiently.
• Knowledge of NJ DDD regulations and provider requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational, administrative, and compliance functions for the NJ DDD program.
• Develop and implement operational systems, intake tracking, and records management.
• Maintain audit-ready participant files and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
• Support staff onboarding, credentials tracking, and training coordination.
• Prepare compliance reports, calendars, and executive‑level monitoring tools.
• Build relationships with Support Coordinators, families, and community partners.
• Assist with audits, licensing reviews, and corrective-action planning.
• Represent the program professionally in the community and promote growth.
