Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a DDD Program Operations & Compliance Specialist to help develop, organize, and support the daily operations of the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities program in Princeton.

Hybrid work arrangement with required community travel; full-time role reporting to the Administrator/Owner and Vice President, offering $30.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities system.
• Working knowledge of New Jersey DDD regulations and provider requirements.
• Experience maintaining participant records and service documentation.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing operational systems for the DDD program.
• Coordinate participant admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain participant intake, referral, and admission tracking systems.
• Organize and maintain participant records and ensure audit readiness.
• Support daily office operations and administrative workflows.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Help establish standardized procedures for participant services and program operations.
