Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with monitoring of performance trends.
- Knowledge of DCS hardware and software support, including upgrades, backups, performance tracking, and administration.
- Ability to train Operations staff to effectively use the DCS.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for day-to-day controls optimization and improvement.
- Provide support for plant DCS systems to support operations.
- Support capital and expense projects for plant improvements including design and implementation.
- Assist engineers, operations and maintenance technicians in troubleshooting production unit issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and process control issues.
- Schedule and perform software backups and PMs following plant guidelines.
- Assist in developing operating procedures and Operations training.
