Job summary

Hw3 Llc seeks a Lead Control System Specialist with hands-on experience in Distributive Control Systems, particularly Honeywell Experion and TDC-3000. The role focuses on design, specification and services for control systems across chemical and petrochemical projects.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 10+ years of control system engineering, and familiarity with safety managers or SIS/DCS/PLC/HMI systems. PE license is a plus, with full‑time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of control system engineering experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience using Honeywell Experion and TDC-3000.
• Experience with Honeywell Safety Manager or similar SIS/DCS/PLC/HMI is a plus.
• PE License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, specification, selection and services relating to control systems.
• Plan, budget, organize and control a segment of automation projects.
• Assist with control philosophy and functional descriptions.
• Communicate progress to the project manager for reports to client.
• Ensure quality of the control system portion of the project.
