Job summary

Hw3 Llc in Texas is seeking a Control System Specialist to install and maintain Honeywell Experion and TDC-3000 platforms in demanding industrial environments. You will contribute to system architecture, graphics, logic programming, and project execution.

The role requires hands-on experience with Experion/TDC-3000, SIS/DCS/PLC/HMI systems, a BS in Engineering, and 8+ years in control system engineering; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration with Experion and TDC-3000 platforms.
• Experience with SIS/DCS/PLC/HMI systems and safety software.
• BS in Engineering; PE license preferred.
• FEL/FEED and EPC project experience in chemical/petrochemical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, select, and service control systems including basic process and safety systems.
• Plan, budget, organize and control project segments.
• Assist with control philosophy and functional descriptions.
• Report progress to project manager and ensure quality of the control system.

Control System Specialist - Honeywell DCS

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Honeywell Experion and TDC‑3000 platforms in industrial environments.
• Responsible for design, specification, selection, and services relating to control systems including basic process control systems, safety systems, communications, etc.
• Candidate will plan, budget, organize and control an important segment of a typical automation project.
• Responsible to assist with control philosophy and/or functional descriptions.
• Communicate progress to project manager for inclusion into reports to client.
• Responsible for quality of the control system portion of the project.

Requirements

• Hands‑on configuration with Experion and TDC‑3000.
• Experience with Honeywell Safety Manager or other SIS/DCS/PLC/HMI systems.
• BS in Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• Demonstrated success in FEL/FEED and EPC projects in chemical/petrochemical industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software products.
• 8+ years in control system engineering.
