Mercer, a Marsh & McLennan company, seeks a DC consultant to lead a book of defined contribution clients with plans from $25M to $500M. The role is hybrid in our Central zone, requiring at least three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of investment advisory/consulting experience for retirement plans.
• Strong understanding of defined contribution topics including fiduciary issues, investments, and plan design trends.
• Proven ability to develop new ideas and improve team efficiency.
• Track record of building intellectual capital for business development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Present plan/investment reviews to clients for advisory and OCIO engagements.
• Retain and grow client base by developing long-term relationships with clients and decision makers.
• Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools to enhance engagement and delivery.
• Serve as subject matter expert on defined contribution topics; communicate Mercer capabilities.
