NTT DATA North America is seeking a DBT/Python/Airflow Developer to build and maintain data pipelines within Snowflake. The role emphasizes transforming data, optimizing models, and creating scalable ELT/ETL processes for diverse sources.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with DBT, 3+ years with Python and Airflow, and strong Snowflake/SQL skills. A Bachelor’s in CS or Data Engineering is required; base US compensation starts at $83,520 and can reach $125,280 with incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with DBT.
• 3+ years of experience with Python development.
• 3+ years of experience with Airflow development.
• 3+ years of experience with Snowflake and strong SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DBT models, macros, and SQL scripts to transform data within Snowflake.
• Optimize data models, design star/snowflake schemas, manage warehouse performance, and implement clustering/materialized views.
• Create scalable ELT/ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data from diverse sources.
• Write modular, testable SQL code using version control and manage DBT project structures.
• Implement data quality checks, automated tests, anomaly detection, and data security, including RBAC, masking, and row-level access in Snowflake.
