Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc. is seeking a DBT & SQL Developer with AWS experience to lead data pipeline initiatives using Airflow, ETL, SQL, and DBT Core.

The role focuses on planning, coordination, and timely delivery across analytics teams, with emphasis on quality and measurable business value. The candidate should have 5–6 years of experience in technology or data programs, comfortable working independently and in a hybrid work setting, and capable of guiding stakeholders through complex data

Qualifications

• Hands-on Airflow experience to orchestrate complex data workflows.
• Practical ETL design and optimization experience.
• Proficiency with SQL for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• DBT Core experience with models, version control, documentation, testing.
• Five to six years of program management in tech or data environments.
• Experience with hybrid collaboration tools for distributed teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Structured problem solving and analytical thinking for risk decisions.
• Experience coordinating day-shift schedules with global stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end planning of data programs leveraging Airflow, ETL, SQL, and DBT Core.
• Drive integrated program schedules across multiple data engineering and analytics teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across business, technology, and operations functions.
• Facilitate program ceremonies to keep teams aligned on objectives and data outcomes.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and quality metrics at a program level.
• Ensure ETL workflows orchestrated through Airflow follow standards and controls.
• Coordinate implementation of DBT Core models within broader data initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to sequence SQL and ETL deliverables.
• Oversee risk and issue management and keep governance forums informed.
• Align deliverables with data strategy and ethical use principles.
• Guide adoption of hybrid work practices within program teams.
• Track financials and benefits realization against business cases.
