Job summary

Smart Cloud Solution is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to provide critical production support for key applications and manage SQL Server and Snowflake environments. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS or related field.
Extensive SQL Server DBA experience including backup, restore and recovery.
Experience with Snowflake and data lake environments.
Strong knowledge of access security and database integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for critical applications and SQL Server databases.
Collaborate with development teams on database requests and upgrades.
Participate in disaster recovery and security patching activities.
Monitor performance, tune queries, and address compliance issues related to access and configuration.
Support Snowflake data lake environments and set up system threshold alerts.
