Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Database Administrator to support a large, complex program under the Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will enforce SRG/STIG compliance, implement security controls across Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra and MongoDB, and contribute to RMF/ATO packages.

You will collaborate with ISSOs, review updates to security baselines, and perform patching, tracing, and recovery tasks to maintain mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Database Administrator.
• 5+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Experience implementing and maintaining database security controls.
• In-depth experience applying Oracle CPU and IAVA patches.
• In-depth experience with Linux security related to Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and upgrading RDBMS software.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain DISA STIGs for Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Perform vulnerability scans, analyze findings, and remediate weaknesses.
• Support RMF processes and contribute to ATO packages.
• Conduct security readiness reviews and document POA&M items.
• Collaborate with ISSOs to validate and report compliance.
• Review database SRG/STIG updates and report impactful changes.
• Assess risk of change requests and provide cyber oversight for web changes.
• Perform system updates and IAVA patching.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database problems; perform recoveries.
• Modify existing scripts and create new ones for recurring issues.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for routine and ad hoc requests.
