Job summary

Palolo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, part of Palolo Chinese Home, seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide basic nursing care under RN/LPN supervision. The CNAs assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, CPR & First Aid certification, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with activities suitable for older adults preferred.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure participant safety; prevent falls and emergencies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Support participation in recreational, educational, physical, and social activities.
• Provide transportation assistance for participants as needed.
• Document care and report changes to the Supervisor.
