Job summary

Livingston County Catholic Charities in Howell, MI, seeks a Senior Services Adult Day Program Supervisor (40 hours weekly) to oversee Be Our Guest Adult Day, coordinate care plans for participants with dementia, and supervise program assistants. You will perform new participant assessments and collaborate with family caregivers.

This role supports the Director of Senior Services with policy development, reporting, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for seniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology or related human services; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years in senior services with at least two years supervising staff.
• Knowledge of needs of elderly individuals, Alzheimer's and dementia, and caregiver dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Be Our Guest Adult Day program and its assistants.
• Conduct new participant assessments and develop care plans with family caregivers.
• Coordinate daily operation and programming of the senior services program.
• Assist the Director of Senior Services with policies, procedures and reporting.
