Job summary

Livingston County Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Senior Services Adult Day Program Supervisor for the Be Our Guest program in Livingston County. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, and performing participant assessments for individuals with cognitive impairments.

The supervisor will work closely with family caregivers to develop and monitor care plans, and assist the Director of Senior Services with policies, procedures, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, or other human service areas required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years in senior services with at least two years of supervisory experience in a human service or social service setting.
• Must understand needs of the elderly population; Alzheimer's and Dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the development and daily operation of the Be Our Guest Adult Day Program.
• Conduct new participant assessments and collaborate with family caregivers on care plan goals.
• Assist the Director of Senior Services with programming policies, procedures, and reporting.
