You will design, develop, and support complex ETL solutions while coordinating offshore teams and partnering with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IBM DataStage development experience.
• 3+ years leading or coordinating offshore development teams.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting production applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead DataStage development efforts and coordinate offshore resources.
• Design, develop, and support ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Review designs, ETL jobs, and code submissions; mentor juniors.
• Partner with business and QA teams to ensure delivery and quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work using JIRA.
