Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support a large analytic cloud repository environment in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will augment a dataflow team responsible for Data Flow Management and mission-critical data distribution across enterprise operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive SE experience, active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, and a track record leading systems engineering efforts. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to modernize complex data flows and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; 5+ years SE experience may substitute.
• Seventeen (17) years of SE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.

Responsibilities

• Support a large analytic cloud repository environment in Annapolis Junction, MD.
• Augment a dataflow team responsible for Data Flow Management and data distribution.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize, troubleshoot, and modernize data flows.
• Experience with Apache NiFi or similar dataflow technologies.
• Contribute to data management and mission systems development for enterprise operations.
