Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to drive reliability risk identification and mitigation for datacenter equipment. You will lead root cause analysis and coordinate improvements for AWS customers.

You will influence design, manufacture, deployment stages using physics-of-failure approaches, perform statistical analyses, and work with suppliers and internal teams across the globe. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
• 8+ years in reliability risk identification and assessment at component to system level.
• Master's in Reliability Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability risk identification, assessment and mitigation for datacenter infra.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical failures.
• Develop system-level reliability models and perform risk analysis.
