Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services, a division of Amazon Web Services, Inc., seeks an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to drive reliability risk identification and mitigation for datacenter equipment. You’ll analyze failures, perform root cause investigations, and push continuous improvements across the supply chain and vendor networks.

You will model system reliability, evaluate performance, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure safety, security, and high availability for AWS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities.
• 4+ years of commissioning experience.
• Experience researching new designs and construction methods for data center equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify reliability risks and drive mitigation for data center infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical failures and lead corrective actions.
• Develop reliability models and perform lifecycle risk analyses for datacenter configurations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve availability and cost efficiency.
